We want you to love your Jessica Simpson collection pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method.
